@luceparr @MsJoBillington I think that really I don't want anything in my kid's EP report that isn't already in the Equality Act. If a kid has ADHD no-one ought to need to be told that they should not be punished for fiddling with their sharpener or that they can't switch in & out for 'interventions'.

Do Trainee EPs ever undertake statutory assessments?

@luceparr @MsJoBillington Ha ha ha, - then I really wish we had you. I don't think the trainee is likely to be bollox, if that helps. I do think the process in which he is being expected to work is bollox. I think he and me are being set up for a box ticking job.

@StarlightMcKenz @MsJoBillington I’m also care experienced myself too-so I can relate personally on a number of levels to SEN and various needs. As someone else wise said.. assumptions are futile. That said.. if they’re shit ask for a supervisor 😂

@MsJoBillington This is a bit of an odd reason, but I need an EP who can handle me. A trainee can't. They'll be stuck to their course modules and when I suggest something is bollocks I'll be red flagged via a flow-chart on page 98.
