無申請・無許可で建てられた川越モスク。 登記簿を確認すると地目は今も「山林」のまま。 市街化調整区域は基本的に建物が建てられない場所だが、建てるためには、農地や山林といった地目を「宅地」など建築可能な用途に転用する必要がある。 しかし、このモスクは、建築確認申請、開発許可に加え、地目転用すらも行わず建設した悪質極まりない違反建築だ。 通常は行政指導→是正勧告という流れになろうが、ここまで悪質なケースは、川越市が刑事告発してもおかしくないレベルだと個人的には思う。 刑事罰の対象にすらならないのはおかしい。 「建ててしまえば後からなんとかなる」という既成事実化が罷り通ってはいけない。
