@Eurostar. Be aware @Eurostar customers: arrive to travel 25 minutes before departure (not 30) still with ample time to check-in and staff will hold you back and charge you €49 to change your ticket. Rude attitude from staff thrown in for free. #Eurostar #terriblecustomerservice

@Eurostar The consequences of arriving after 30 minutes are inadequately stated, 'Please arrive' written on ticket and booking confirmation does not suggest you wil not be allowed on/ have to pay. Customers are paying the price for @Eurostar's poor wording. Is this fair to your customers?
