@edwardparkerh Yeah we had a similar experience with TDS last time, again because we put loads of effort in - just exhausting and as you say, no consequences for them trying to make excessive deductions

@lucybell345 on a positive note, TDS did find in our favour on most things, partly because the letting agent was super lazy and provided little to no evidence/explanation (whereas we wrote loads) so I would recommend going all in on that and putting as much info/evidence in as you can

brb about to have a lil cry because our previous letting agent wants to take NINE HUNDRED POUNDS off our deposit. No breakdown of costs, no receipts, no justification beyond standard wear and tear.
