Got a coffee in town over the weekend and it turned out to be a 241 coffee and snack deal with this take on biodegradable packaging - edible packaging! It held my coffee well and tasted like an icecream cone. One of the more fun biobased and biodegradable packaging innovations!

The UK no longer follows the EU cutting the safe level of BPA (bisphenol A - linked to various health concerns) in food packaging. The safe level of BPA in plastic containers in the UK is now 20 000 TIMES HIGHER than in Europe @BBCPanorama

Example of an LTN working! Context: I'm moving & I left a Velux open in new house. It started raining so decided to go close it. Was going to cycle (8 min) but a colleague offered to drive me. Was about to say yes (lazy) but checked & it's 1 min slower driving, thanks to LTN!👍🚲

*Fun fact*: a site in Scotland provides most of the biomethane for the Kings Cross redevelopment (incl. Coal Drops Yard). How? With renewable gas guarantees of origin (RGGOs)!
