The project comes at the request and invitation of the communities who would like support in cultural shifts such as: Girls staying in school and not being married in exchange for cattle Boys only taking one wife Alternative rights of passage for female circumcision.

How do you initiate cultural shifts in a patriarchal society? Team talk is a project that uses sport as a medium to break down social and gender barriers. @EndeavourMed @f_h_africa

Our Kenyan team specialise in community and cultural education. They ask probing questions to our participants including: Should a girl be expelled if she gets pregnant? Should girls inherit land from their parents? Does female circumcision cause problems in child birth.
