Hello Students! 💕✨ A few matters to address: 1) Harassing any of our developers/staff, on or off the platform, will result in a block from us. The decisions made by the game are made by the game itself. While developers are employees, they are also individuals and deserve to be treated with respect. Severe harassment may also result in a permanent block from the game. You may be blocked for: -Harassment of the official account -Harassment of developers -Harassment of other players - Inciting toxicity We have made the choice to enforce this due to the volume of toxic behavior. 2) If you believe you were wrongfully blocked, you may submit a request to Support for review. We keep detailed records of every block issued; however, mistakes can happen and appeals will be reviewed accordingly. 3) We are still investigating reports from players who have not received their items. If you have confirmed that you were in a new Campus 4 server and did not receive your items, please DM the official account with your username. You will not receive a reply, we are compiling a list to forward directly to Support. 4) We want to remind our 6x Gamepass holders that the recent change is not our final effort to improve the player experience or adjust in game earnings. It is simply the first step. We understand that this update may not feel substantial to everyone, and we hear your concerns.
