@Finncesaire I get where you’re coming from but Zoe also had class and power. In the end both of their bad behaviors came from need of acceptance. That was a big thing in s2 for Chloe. Zoe is just what Chloe could have been if she chose to leave her class behind and grow. Zoe is a mirror.

Well she is... She has the same backstory (her being a reformed bully who seeks parental validation), her best friend is now Chloe’s ex best friend, her interactions with Chloe are to show how great Zoe is compared to her. She was introduced to be the BETTER Chloe.

Her motivations, backstory, and mentality are, to its core, too different to really claim she’s a copy paste of her sister. There’s far better ways to criticize her character.

She’s an easily understandable character. However, the circumstances of her character has people completely misunderstanding her. There’s no reason why “she’s just a nice Chloé” is so rampant because that’s not true and just a mischaracterization of her character.

I think the funniest thing that gets glazed about her is her fighting ability. Every holder magically knows how to fight when they get a miraculous. So when people talk about her like her combat was above and beyond it’s genuinely so funny to me.
