@qatarairways No live chat support, no reply on X, and after waiting 2 hours on the phone the call got disconnected. This is extremely frustrating. Please assist immediately — either rebook my flight or issue a refund.
Qatar Airways continues to support passengers affected by recent operational disruptions beyond our control. Customers stranded in Doha have been provided with accommodation and on-the-ground assistance, while our teams in Doha and across our network continue to assist customers with rebooking requests.
Limited Passenger Flight Schedule
A limited schedule of passenger flights to/from Doha (DOH) are available to book via the Qatar Airways website, and mobile app.
You can check our latest flight schedule at qatarairways.com/schedule
Qatar Airways is also operating selected non-stop point-to-point services, which have been arranged to help passengers complete their journeys. Customers eligible for these services will be contacted directly by Qatar Airways.
Operational Conditions
Flights are currently operating within a limited safe corridor defined by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority. Therefore, the number of flights that can operate each day are extremely limited under the current operational conditions. Each flight requires careful planning and remains subject to regulatory approvals and airspace conditions.

All your contact numbers say they don’t exist. Live chat and email get no response. My flight was cancelled but there’s no option to rebook or refund, and now it shows “flown.” Is this how you treat customers?
@qrsupport
My flight on March 12 has been cancelled. I had already rescheduled it from March 5, and now it’s cancelled again. There is no option available for rescheduling in the app.
Kindly assist me with rebooking on the next available flight or provide an alternate solution

Qatar Airways Operates Limited Flight Schedule to and from Doha
With Qatar Airways flights still temporarily suspended due to the closure of Qatari airspace, we are doing everything possible to support affected passengers and help reunite them with family and loved ones. We recognise this may be unsettling and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Operations will resume once the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority confirms the safe reopening of Qatari airspace.
Following temporary authorisation from the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority allowing limited operating corridors, Qatar Airways plans to operate select flights in the coming days to support passengers affected by the disruption. These flights do not constitute confirmation of the resumption of scheduled commercial operations.
To book these flights and for the latest flight updates, please visit the Qatar Airways website or App, or contact a travel agent.
You can check our latest flight schedule at qatarairways.com/schedule
In addition, Qatar Airways has organized selected direct point-to-point flights to help passengers continue their journeys. Eligible passengers for point-to-point flights will be contacted directly by Qatar Airways.
Passengers are kindly asked not to arrive at their departure airport unless they hold a valid, confirmed ticket for travel.
The safety and wellbeing of our passengers and crew remain our highest priority. We apologise for the disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control and thank our passengers for their patience and understanding.
Passengers with confirmed bookings between 28 February and 22 March 2026 may choose two complimentary date changes (up to +14 days from the original travel date) or a refund of the unused ticket value.

@usman_saeed26@qatarairways@usman_saeed26 Hello, Usman. Thank you for contacting Qatar Airways. We have received your direct message, and we will respond to you shortly.
Flight QR629 (Lahore–Doha) on 3 March was cancelled with no update on the next available flight. No contact was made and the helpline is not answering. Please assist with rebooking and advise the earliest available flight

Extremely disappointed with @qatarairways customer service. Refund option works, but rerouting/reschedule shows a technical error every time. Tried calling and waited hours with no response, and chat never connects to an agent. Yet new bookings are open. Very unfair. @qrsupport
@qatarairways My Kochi–Doha–Toronto flight (QR517 / QR767) was already rescheduled once and then cancelled again. I’ve been trying to contact support for two days with no response. Could you please assist with rebooking?
