This is why we diversify when we’re investing thematically. Obviously today is influenced by negotiations with Iran though

All the rare earths stocks I’m following are up today except poor $NB. $USAR and $CRML are cookin. Good to see $AREC green. Some more volume, and it gets real interesting.

$HIMS will be a buy soon in my opinion in addition to $HOOD. Agreed that $AAOI is a sell. Don’t get greedy and trim. This run has been one for the books. Watch $OSCR closely. It’s approaching a resistance that it has repeatedly been unable to truly break. Perhaps this next ER will change that

Some thoughts on the delayed $NB feasibility study…
The bulk of the work is almost certainly done. So why the wait?
The US-EU critical minerals deal signed April 24th included collaboration on price floors, subsidies, and purchase guarantees for non-Chinese producers. US-Mexico and US-Japan frameworks are also in progress.
And then there's China. The temporary suspension of Chinese rare earth export controls expires November 27, 2026. When those controls snap back, non-Chinese rare earth prices — already up to 6x Chinese domestic prices during the April 2025 restrictions — could spike again.
Think about it from NioCorp's perspective: why publish a feasibility study with revenue projections before the price floor agreements that underpin those projections are finalized — and before the China expiration timeline clarifies the pricing environment?
You don't. You wait. At least I would think so.
Publishing with confirmed government-backed price floors — like the $110/kg NdPr floor already in place for MP Materials — transforms the study from a projection into a near-guarantee. This would surely be beneficial for EXIM’s due diligence.
