Another event in the bag ☑️ Loved Sunday running around Cardiff Bay and a over the moon with a new 10K PB by 12 minutes! Lot of hard work gone into the last 3 months to get where I am today. But really excited for the next block of training 🙌🏻

Spent this morning delivering to the wonderful six form students at @Olchfaschool with @Platfform4YP Great to have so many students learning about how to manage their Mental Wellbeing!

Loved every minute of yesterdays first race of the year - HOKA 10K Super happy and slightly surprised to pick up a PB 10k a tough trail course filled with hills. But it’s amazing to see all the hard work paying off 🏃🏻 🏅
