@goldcarcares The €118 was charged incorrectly for the fuel. That cost me £112. You then apparently refunded me €118 but I only received £99. Even with your additional refund I’m still out of pocket. My frustration has nothing to do with the amount of money it’s the principle!

@luketowlerpga Hi Luke, up to March 2019 the office tax wasn't included in the price. You have been charged the tax associated with the fuel that was wrongly charged. I have now issued a refund of 5.44€ but I don't know why the difference is so big. The total amount was 123.44€

@goldcarcares My contract number is 15525035. I understand that the exchange rate may have caused this issue, but why should your customers pay for Gold Cars mistake.
