We are in full swing with card reveals! I will be making videos with every batch of new cards, HOWEVER I will be exclusively be using the English versions of cards. Whenever we get all english versions from a batch is when ill start posting. Ps: Pyke sucks hard.

Standard is so goddamn fun right now. The dopamine rush when I Ninjutsu Oruku or Kaito feels so damn good. Super Shredder also becoming gigantic is 🥵🥵🥵 Also love Turbo Mill demon. Nothing more satisfying than farming salt with Superior Spider-Man 🤣 Dimir all day, I guess.

Second Skirmish @playriftbound of my life and honestly… I’m a bit disappointed with myself. I've got all Miracle Draven guides on Metafy and even bought the @Prismaticismism guide the evening before the event, but I bought it too late and had to go to sleep, so I couldn’t really study it properly. Should’ve done that much earlier. My matchups: 1️⃣ Jax (0–2) – L vs @Meleleta Played against a good friend and he absolutely destroyed me with Jax. I had only played this matchup once before vs @SledziuStream and honestly had no clear game plan. 2️⃣ Ezreal (2–1) – W Tough matchup. I bricked hard in round 2 but managed to bounce back in round 3. 3️⃣ Irelia (1–2) – L Probably the worst matchup. The only round I won was thanks to 4 Rebukes, 2 from hand and 2 from Fizz. 4️⃣ Irelia (2–1) – W Opponent had a slower start and I had an insane draw in rounds 1 and 3. 5️⃣ Jax (2–0) – W Here I had a better idea of what my opponent could play. Both rounds were extremely close, but round 2 and Bushwhack secured the win. Only 22 players at the Skirmish and I finished 9th because of tiebreakers. Now I’m wondering if I should switch to a Midrange version, since maybe I’m not reading the game far enough ahead… or maybe it’s time to invest in some coaching. Despite everything I had a great time. As a small consolation I bought a booster box that I’ll be opening soon :D Next Skirmish is March 29th at @KinguinLounge . I’ll show my claws there 🐅

@Mortdog Missed out on top 64 by one game last weekend. But hey, I learned what it takes to get there and played some incredible players. Next time we do better.

Maybe it's because I'm getting old, maybe it's because I've been doing this a long time now, but watching Regionals this weekend has been hard because I feel so much for players who have been giving it their all to just barely not make it. Can be a bad beat, or a misplay due to pressure, or a rough read on the meta, but the dad in me just feels for the folks who gave it their all. Just know if this is you, I'm rooting for you. To everyone who did manage to make it, congrats! You earned it, and I hope you had fun :)
