A penalty shootout so bad it’s good.

I maintain two separate coin tosses for which end & who goes first on penalty shootouts is absolutely ridiculous. One coin toss & the winner gets to choose if they go first or which end the shootout occurs. It’s ridiculous to add more chance to the chanciest event in soccer.

3 knockout games so far and all three were level at some point after the 90th minute. 2 stoppage time goals and at least one penalty shootout. The World Cup nothing else can compare.
