For most of July and early August I worked on this painting. It was the hardest I’ve ever worked on a portrait as I was desperate to do this beautiful young man justice as his family tragically lost him in January aged 20.

Nigel Farage took £585,000 from GB News. His MPs declared another £770,000. Four billionaires have spent £170 million building the media machine putting Reform in your living room every night. Today the Guardian exposed them and what they expect in return. This is a political project funded from the top. #ReformUK #NigelFarage #GBNews

'Au bord de la rivière Marseilles.' Adolphe Monticelli painted hundreds of pictures from the 1870s with heavily textured, richly coloured surfaces; Cézanne was fascinated by his work, as was Van Gogh who compared his 'orchestration of tones,' to that of Delacroix.

Described as 'almost frighteningly realistic,' and 'unfeminine,' by critics, this painting (1883) by Helene Schjerfbeck of her friend the artist Helena Westermarck depicts her absorbed in her work at the Academy of Fine Arts.

@HolyoakeJ14576 @lunaperla @nw_nicholas @reformparty_uk This doesn’t pass the “smell” test. Caerphilly now Gorton. A Printer making the same legal and ethical “mistake” with the same client ( to whom it donates) is beyond suspicious. “One slip can be a mistake; twice is a signal.”

The mailing data comes from the public electoral register is my guess. That public database is used by all direct mail companies. Such companies pay for use of the list. Yes, the final proof was signed off. It was after that that the cock up happened, according to the printing company, which has the signed off proof. The print company has admitted the error is the responsibility of the company and has apologised to all concerned.

If I remember correctly (I stood for Parliament in 2017) you send your artwork to the printers & they do the rest - print, add address from electoral roll, and post. If your artwork is A4 size, how can there be a trimming error, as claimed?

@HolyoakeJ14576 @lunaperla @nw_nicholas My partner works in this industry. No campaign would ever go out w/o sign off of the live proofs. That sign off would never be the responsibility of the printer or fulfilment house. @reformparty_uk are totally responsible. Pertinently where are they getting their mailing data

@lunaperla @nw_nicholas The printing process feeds straight into a paper folding and envelope insertion process automatically. There is no manual intervention. It is how all direct mailing exercises are done.

@skimartinbell That was it. My ex was taking part and we stayed in the same hotel as Will and his lovely wife. I fell in love with the mountains that week. I see you found a lovely spot ( in spite of the current administration!) 😊
