Our latest paper is out in preprint! biorxiv.org/content/10.110… With routine WGS we detected an outbreak of MDR Pseudomonas with cases spanning > 10 years! Turns out contaminated sinks in ICU rooms were part of the problem. Cases are slowing down now.
