The latest Luminair (and Pro) v4.4 updates are now available on the iOS, iPadOS and macOS App Stores. Among the new features in this release are “Scene Notes” with the option to display on buttons, a “Print Patch List” over AirPrint or PDF, RDM improvements, and more

Luminair v4.3.5 is now available and adds official support for Stage Manager on iPadOS 16, plus support for iOS 16 and macOS Ventura. With Stage Manager on iPadOS, Luminair’s app window can now be dynamically resized alongside other apps. Go try it out! news.luminair.app/?p=1455

@dsquareddan Yes! Tap/hold (or right-click on mouse/trackpad) on the scene’s name label and select Delete.

Today we released the first update to Luminair’s Fixture Cloud. Includes fresh new profiles for @LiteGear, @kinoflo, @ARRIChannel, Quasar Science, @HiveLighting and more. Download it now directly within Luminair 4/Pro!

Luminair v4.0.4 has been released with fixes for Redpark’s L2-Net and L4-NETP accessories, HomeKit button triggers, merge scenes, groups from “user” fixtures, and some other minor issues. For further assistance, please reach out at support.luminair.app

Collaborate better. One of the best new features in v4 is the new document viewer, which allows you to open and edit project files directly in place from anywhere on your device. DropBox, Creative Cloud, flash drives, USB and soon to be Thunderbolt drives.

@Kini_the_Fox Both of those have significant ongoing costs to us that need to be paid for by users utilizing those features. All existing features from 3 will remain usable for existing users and will continue to receive updates. Plus new features like Sidebar, HomeKit, UI improvements 2/2

@Kini_the_Fox Thanks for your feedback. We know subscriptions aren’t for everyone, so we’ve made it optional for existing users. The new fixture data we licensed is a subscription-based service that we pay continuously, as well as the cloud infrastructure. Both of those have significant… 1/2

We’re back! Luminair 4 and Luminair Pro are now available with an extensive new cloud-based fixture library, with profile data licensed from Carallon, RDM via Art-Net, Multi-Universe support, HomeKit lights + lots of other new options luminair.app

@thehouseofbig Hi, we’ll have more info up on this soon, but to sum up v4 is a “hybrid” release… meaning a bunch of new features will be free for existing users, and some (features associated with the newly licensed data) will require payment.
