let's just say their system is like the trainees are interns, they're allowed to work kayak seniornya, tapi bobotnya beda aja. mereka udah dapet penghasilan dari awal, kalo cek historynya idol (contoh: anak starto) banyak yang udah mulai akting atau muncul dimana mana dari kecil

girl where did you get that information 😭 masa trainee idol jepang kebanyakan itu lebih lama daripada idol kpop. rata rata bisa jadi trainee for about 10-15 years, bahkan ada yang lebih. the only difference is that they are allowed to work as a trainee.

@hae_mawari soalnya J-Pop idol gk ada masa training? klo ada pun cm bentar gk kyk KPop idol yg masa trainingnya smpe bertahun-tahun. pas trainee jg tinggal di dorm. dah dpt pelatihan vocal, dance dll. kadang ada jg agensi yg nanggung biaya makan & keseharian trainee. jadinya dianggep utang
