When you’re trying to figure out how to get out of a hole, make sure you know the right people to talk to at the time. Some will make you want to sink deeper into it and that’s the last thing you need to do!

Sometimes you have to be selfish.

It’s funny how friends show back up in your life right when you need them to and you can pour your heart out to the without fear of judgement. I’m that way with my friends because I want to be there for them. Take advantage of friend’s open ears and arms.

It’s a new week. Time to either let everything that is bogging you down from the past week keep doing that, or make peace with it and keep moving forward. It’s easier said than done for sure but it’s needed. Do something that makes you happy. It’s time. ❤️

I hate these periods of my life where I second guess every little thing I say and do. Does anyone really care? Is it making a difference? Will people remember the time I’m putting into things? My head really gets in the way sometimes.

You are only as strong as the people that surround you. That’s why you keep your circle small. I’ve learned it might be lonely but it cuts the drama! And you might not think you need anyone but let those people help you. Even if it’s just to cheer you on. Every little bit helps.
