yes, i do and it’s actually more important than most people think the blue flame is what u want, what everyone wants. it means the gas is getting enough oxygen so it burns clean and efficiently. it comes from complete combustion which produces heat, carbon dioxide and water vapor... hotter, safer and better for cooking. the yellow/orange flame is a warning sign. it means incomplete combustion maybe cos the burner is dirty or airflow is blocked. that color can produce carbonmonoxide which is very dangerous for your health. it also wastes energy and gives you bad heat. learn something 👍

so much of adult life is just grieving in secret. grieving exes you don’t talk about anymore, grieving dead friendships, grieving parents who are starting to look older every day. it’s grieving the person you thought you’d become by now, the cities you never got to live in, and the parts of yourself that just... didn't make it. i keep thinking about how many of us are carrying around this heavy-ass grief that literally nobody sees.

I don’t think I’ve ever disliked a couple on married to medicine until now😕 I just finished married to medicine reunion part 2 and here’s my thoughts 1. U cannot convince me “open shirt Steve” ain’t a hidden ponk 🥴🙆🏾‍♂️… in addition, he behaves emotionally like a woman and did WAY TOO MUCH. HATED every minute of him on camera. 2. At the beginning of the season I liked Dr. Mimi. Now, I literally think she’s fake as press on nails. Nothing would bring me more joy, for next season, than to see the both of them GONE…
