🤯 Bodø/Glimt’s HISTORIC fairytale Champions League run: • Playing their first-ever Champions League season in the club’s history • Looked almost eliminated after failing to win any of their first 6 league-phase matches • Pulled off a stunning comeback by winning their final two league phase games against Manchester City and Atlético Madrid • Knocked Inter Milan out in the play-offs, scoring 5 goals across the two legs • Won the first leg of the Round of 16 against Sporting and are getting closer to the quarter-finals • Doing all of this with a squad valued at just €57m in total market value. Bodø/Glimt is writing one of the most incredible underdog stories in recent Champions League history. 🇳🇴🌟

I have an opinion: if a man is willing to beg for sex, plead for it, or pay for it, then he may also be capable of trying to take it by force when denied—rápe. When someone isn’t given something they want, especially something they believe they deserve, the brain can interpret that denial as a threat. Not a physical threat, but a threat to ego, control, or status. And when people feel threatened or powerless, one instinctive response is to regain control. For some, that shows up as trying to take by force what wasn’t freely given. Rejection can wound pride. The brain processes social rejection in areas similar to physical pain. For some individuals, especially those with fragile self-esteem, being denied feels humiliating, and when sex is refused, that’s a form of denial. Force becomes a distorted way to restore dominance or avoid feeling small. This is why it’s important for men to understand that sex is not something handed to them as a gift or a reward from a woman. It’s not something men gain while women lose. So there’s no reason to beg for it, plead for it, or pay for it. It should be a shared experience between two people who are naturally attracted to each other and willing to participate.

These were the heartbreaking "last words" of 'Grey's Anatomy' star, Eric Dane to his daughters, Billie and Georgia: 💔💔 - "Live now. Right now. The present is all you have. Treasure it. Cherish every moment.” - "Fall in love. Not necessarily with a person, although I do recommend that as well. But fall in love with something. Find your passion, your joy. Find the thing that makes you want to get up in the morning, drives you through the entire day." - “Choose your friends wisely. Find your people and allow them to find you. And then give yourselves to them. The best of them will give back to you. No judgment, no conditions, no questions asked." - “Fight with every ounce of your being, an d with dignity. When you face challenges, health or otherwise, fight. Never give up. Fight until your last breath. This disease is slowly taking my body, but it will never take my spirit.” 📽️: @netflix

People don’t seem to grasp the long-term damage being done. I spend 100k minimum monthly just to give my toddler decent nutrition. What happens to the children of those who can’t? Malnutrition doesn’t just affect the body it permanently affects brain development. We’re engineering a generational setback. Let me put it this way, we’re breeding a nation of Waspappings

Protein and calcium are disappearing from Nigerian diets. 39 million Nigerians are undernourished. 49 million face severe food insecurity. 1 in 3 children risk protein deficiency. This is malnutrition by design.

Since I saved these numbers on my phone: 09133333785 09133333786 I move differently. Anytime police stop me for search, I cooperate fully. No argument. No shouting. No aggression. But the moment it starts looking like extortion, I calmly let them know I’m ready to report through the proper channel. A lot of Nigerian youths don’t realize that knowing your rights — and staying lawful — is powerful. If your way is clean, you have nothing to fear. Those numbers have saved me from illegal “bribe way” more than 10 times — no drama, no noise. I even shared it with someone once, and the issue was resolved properly. The moral? Be respectful. Be lawful. Know your rights. Wisdom is better than aggression. 💯
