@Thlayli @francinevallone You’re absolutely correct and we apologize for that confusion. Our customer support staff are working through our inbox and are replying to all messages as quickly as possible.

@luuupproducts @francinevallone @luuupproducts, whoever is running your Twitter feed should really know that you can't cancel your litter subscription in your account, you have to email support. The same support that a legion of Facebook and Twitter users has been saying for weeks has been unresponsive.

@luuupproducts MAJOR #FAIL no way to cancel subscription, no response to failure to ship product! I want a refund! 😡😠
