@Biggavel_Lee @RI_DLT The one they have listed for the call center. I know it’s hard with the uncertainty but try and stay relaxed and patient. You will get through and everything will be resolved for you!

@curatinglove7 @RI_DLT I did try calling around that time and just hangs up. What number did you call? I hope it didn’t affect anything this is my only source of income 🥺

@Biggavel_Lee @RI_DLT I’m not sure if that affects it. It’s best to call around 9-10 after the opening influx of people have been taken care of. You might have to try a few times but you will get through eventually.

@curatinglove7 @RI_DLT Thank you so much. But I applied all over again, because the system told me to. Would that mess anything up? Also how were you able to get through? Every time I call it just hangs up lol

@Biggavel_Lee @RI_DLT I just talked to someone on the phone at DLT and he said that your extension is automatic and you will get paid this week plus 12 more after. He said the system isn’t set up to inform you of that. Hope it works out for everyone.

@lionsrour @RI_DLT That’s weird. I had no problem yesterday with that number. I was able to get through on the main number today and that’s who told me about the glitch. Was she able to check your account for any holds at least?

@curatinglove7 @RI_DLT So frustrating I call & The lady said she hasn't heard anything out abt a glitch & that I shouldn't be calling that number because that's the hotline & 2 call reg # but when I do can't get ahold of anyone. Ughhh!!

@lionsrour @RI_DLT I just got off the phone with them and I was told there is a glitch in the system and payments should be received by Friday.

@joslyn1323 @DearLeysa @RI_DLT I just talked to them and they said I don’t have a hold and there is no issue. I was told to wait 24hr and see if I receive payment. Thank you for the number. I hope this works out for us all.

@curatinglove7 @DearLeysa @RI_DLT So I got through with this number 401 375 2196 my friend gave me that number because there was a hold on her account at one point. They answer pretty quickly. They said I had a hold on my payment but there shouldn't have been.
