i cant believe im saying this but i think i miss school purely for the reason that i can starve better 😔

worst part about relapsing after attempted recovery is that starving feels ten times harder because you've gotten used to eating normally and now your stomach hurts even with a 16 hour fast

been eating like a normal person lately and tbh thats worse than binging like it makes me feel not even disordered like why am i eating likr a normal average person. whyd i just eat chicken wigh veggies and now 2 apples. Why cant i be a good anorexic

@2010sAngel im ngl since im autistic i shave due to sensory issues BUT i also shave due to the beauty standards and because i feel disgusting when i dont, so i will admit, the standards play a huge part in it

@permashstoned yeahh idk why i keep trying to fast knowing my body will immediately hate me for it and my urges to eat will be worse 🥲🥲 its probably because my ed makes me feel like im not "good" unless i dont eat at all 💔

@luvprincessc don’t feel bad, my fasts are usually only about 17h too because it’s all my body can handle!! when you begin consistent fasting it lowk messes up your metabolism and makes you need food so much more often in my experience

broke my fast because im a fatass and i passed out somehow despite it not even being a long fast 320 cals estimate idk
