@reporter_lu @CityLuxembourg @citiesforpeople IMHO, the biggest problem we have in this city, is the inconsistency of the biking network. That network is also too blended in, cannot be grasped clearly. Both factors do create danger spots at many crossing or turning points. This is still even true on some points of Kirchberg!

This applies to any vehicle! That guy put you, your dog and himself into big danger by reckless riding. I hope nobody was harmed.
