However, we did attempt LAN prior to his beta DLL being released. The iw8-mod commit logs can prove as much. Also r4v3n had attempted LAN himself on multiple prior occasions, it had been talked about since before we came into the scene in April. (5/6)

If the situation was reversed I wouldn't give two fucks about someone reverse engineering our shit. There is no way to twist this into "iw8-mod is built on stolen competitiors code". Also EU directive 2009/24/EC makes reverse engineering your hideous GSC injector entirely legal.
