Honestly, I think Alyosha is being sacrificed for Danica bc among the teasing characters, she's one of those with the least hype. I suppose they want to create a new character that will provide team buff ssc like pre-nerf Alyosha

Sandrone doesn't have an anemo stellar swirl sub dps to trigger stellar swirl properly Vesna is anemo and has odette so she can trigger it much more consistently Vesna's teammate is Vodyanitsa Via Sakiko & LittlePuppet #GenshinImpact
