Charged ₹199 for Premium on April 19, but after support cancelled my plan I lost Premium immediately (ads showing). Paid period not honored and refund not issued either. Need Premium restored till billing date or a refund. No response via email. @SpotifyCares @Spotify

@SpotifyCares I’ve sent numerous emails to that email address since past 3 days. This is the zillionth time I’m telling you that there is no reply to my emails I’ve been sending since 3 DAYS!! And now you tell me to do the same thing again? Why are you so incompetent is my question! @Spotify

I still haven’t received any sort of assistance. I’ve tried contacting support via email and the website, they just won’t reply! Since you’ve cancelled my premium plan, either issue me the refund or resume my premium features till the next billing cycle!! @SpotifyCares @Spotify
