@WallStreetApes @VladTheInflator Stop voting for:
• Democrats
• Black people
• Women
That’s just to start. But things would drastically improve with those 3 changes.

Stop voting Democrat. All they do is create more taxes

This clip shows how original versions of TV shows have been shortened via syndication and streaming. But the bigger takeaway is that most people don’t realize it. In an era where books are being banned and original materials are becoming harder to find. This is just a small/fun example of that concept. If we don’t hold on to original copies of books, newspapers, magazines, vinyl, commercial VHS tapes, television recorded VHS tapes, cassette tapes, DVDs, original news broadcasts etc, we will watch history be edited with holes in it where things are missing and presented as though it is the complete picture. Here’s a light example of that concept.

@LootenitDan @HaterReport yes because skills progress over time. Ppl watched mike and learned the moves and practiced them earlier in life.

@HaterReport Michael Jordan would be an average player in the NBA today

@OBEY_126 @Mappy6984 Well a revolution would mean years of discomfort, you think the collective is opting in to that today? In a country where 54% of adults are reading below a 6th-grade level

Its all fake numbers, in a fake system. This is why if interest rates do not follow printing its by design,.
Because historically they have been inverse of each other. So if they did not print for covid it would be more affordable right now.
Our rulers are eating and r@ping children but we are still worried about home prices, sports and the new the Netflix show.
The only way we fix this is for all of us to collectively opt out.
English

@OBEY_126 @Mappy6984 im not denying that the money is broken but the sudden spike we see in the cost of houses is a directly due to the rates during the pandemic. I'm a realtor and have seen it first hand.
English

@lwkey_e @Mappy6984 Explain why rated in 1982 were 16% then?
The money was stronger and less inflated = cheaper houses.
The money is broken at it is at the center of all things.

English

@OBEY_126 @Mappy6984 had nothing to do with the stimulus checks, it was the low mortgage rates. People who were approved for maybe 300k before the pandemic could go up to 500k with 2% rates. With so much new competition people overspent on homes to win them which made those the new comp prices.
English

This is the direct result of all the COVID printing of money.
Inflation is making the money worth less so you need more.
Cause and effect.
Those 2500 dollar checks don't seem so good now huh?
And it only going to get worse.
You need about $5,550 in 2026 dollars to have the same purchasing power as $500 in 1958.
English

@Mappy6984 the pandemic caused this, everyone was approved for more money so they were all bidding over asking on homes, those prices then became the comps for anyone selling after, pushing all home prices up. Houses typically don't depreciate so now here we are.
