Reuters confirmed that the elementary school in the Iranian city of Minab was bombed TWICE by the US military, 40 minutes apart. This was intentional. You don't "accidentally" bomb a school TWO TIMES. 168 children and 14 teachers were killed. It was a massacre.

If I had to guess, an early Israeli strike on a school or hospital probably functions as a reaction test to gauge how media, opposition groups, and foreign governments respond.
It’s a sort of elasticity test for impunity.
We saw this in Gaza on Oct 17, 2023 with an explosion at Al Ahli hospital that killed 250+. Israel vehemently denied responsibility and blamed Hamas.
Days of forensic debate followed, and it was never fully settled. But in the months that followed, Israel went on to damage or destroy 94% of Gaza’s hospitals and kill tens of thousands.
