i was made to feel like i was the asshole and like i was ableist or whatever when i reacted to the abuse.
meanwhile, i've had worse mental health problems than the perpetrators. i know what it's like to have high support needs. they did not. they had weaponized incompetence.

the red flags were in my face, but no one else saw them or kept telling me:
"yea these might be red flags in other people! but not in this person! they're just a poor, incompetent baby with mental health issues! give them some slack!"
and made me feel like i was fucking crazy.
