@goodreads I can’t seem to send a DM. I’ve gone through all the tips and still nothing, I’ve also sent emails and am just getting generic replies. I’m emailing from my linked email address so don’t understand why I can’t be given an OTP manually? There must be a way around

I asked @marksandspencer if I could buy a spare one and they arranged with the manufacturer for an extra one to be made and sent to me for free! Even though I didn’t buy the original lamp directly from them! So kind!
