Lionel Messi has won 13 League Titles, But Cristiano Ronaldo only has 8.
But what the media won't tell you is that Ronaldo was his team's top scorer every single time his team won the league 8/8, meanwhile Messi just 7/13 times.
Ronaldo never had the luxury of being carried, and that's not the kind of figure he is anyway, can't say the same for Messi for half his league trophies have been someone else carrying him

🚨🗣 Roy Keane says Thomas Tuchel leaving England best Right back [Trent] and most creative player[Cole palmer] out of the world cup is a costly mistake
"Football has become so rigid, we now forget what the players can do and focus on their present state. Picking Spence over Trent is ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous!
It seems if you're not physical enough you get dropped. Cole Palmer has been off this season but in his best day he can do wonders, we have seen it at the Euros.
There is zero reason why these two should be left home. Goodluck to England tho

Gary Neville on Palmer and Foden being left out of the England squad:
“I’m stunned, honestly stunned. You can debate systems, balance, work-rate, all the tactical stuff managers love talking about, but at some point football is still about talent — and England have just left two of the most naturally gifted attacking players in the country at home. That’s difficult for me to understand.
Cole Palmer is the sort of player defenders are frightened of because he doesn’t play with fear. He wants the ball in big moments, he takes responsibility, and he’s got that arrogance top players need. You can’t coach that. Then you look at Phil Foden — technically one of the best footballers England have produced in years. Tight spaces, movement, creativity, composure… he’s got everything.Better than Madueke
People will say, ‘they haven’t been consistent enough’ or ‘the manager wants more balance,’ but tournaments are not won by safe decisions. They’re won by players who can change a match in one second. One pass, one dribble, one shot — that’s the difference at the top level. Palmer and Foden give you that unpredictability that very few players in world football can offer.
And let’s be honest, if England are chasing a game against a top side, who are the players fans would actually trust to create something out of nothing? Please don't tell me Madueke and Eze. Those two are right near the top of the list. So for both of them to miss out at the same time, it sends a massive message — and not a good one in my opinion.
I think people will only realise how big a call this is when England get into a difficult match and suddenly there’s nobody on the pitch with that bit of swagger, imagination and bravery. You need mavericks in tournament football. You need players who don’t hide. Palmer and Foden are exactly that.”

🚨 Wayne Rooney on England’s World Cup squad selection:
🗣️ “Honestly, I’m shocked. No Cole Palmer, no Luke Shaw, no Harry Maguire, no Trent Alexander-Arnold… what exactly is Tuchel building here?” 😳
“You don’t go into a World Cup leaving out proven tournament players and expect chemistry overnight. It feels clueless to me.”
“I love England, but if this is the squad we’re trusting, I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t even make it past the group stage.”

🚨🗣️ | Cristiano Ronaldo Finally breaks silence, explains why he was absent during Diogo Jota’s funeral, he then dedicates his trophy to Diogo Jota: 🥹 ❤️🇵🇹
“For me, it is very difficult to speak about this. Diogo was an amazing boy, he was more than just a teammate to me, he was a friend, a companion, a cheerleader, a top professional, and like a brother to me in the national team.
He was someone I respected deeply on and off the pitch. Not being present at his funeral was one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make.
Sometimes grief is too personal, too heavy to face in public. I chose to mourn him privately with my family and loved ones, but my heart, prayers, and support have been with Diogo’s family every single moment.
People may not understand my absence, but those close to me do. Rest in peace, Diogo. You will never be forgotten. This one 🏆 is for you❤️🕊️

🚨 🎙️| Xabi Alonso:
🗣️ “I’m not blind. I know the agenda Chelsea face in England. People can say whatever they want, but facts don’t lie. Chelsea lost SEVEN domestic finals in recent years, yet won SIX finals in Europe. That tells you everything.”
🗣️“I know what has happened to this club. I know the history, the politics, the criticism, the pressure. But I didn’t come here to complain I came here to change it. In England, there’s always pressure, controversy, decisions… but in Europe Chelsea becomes a different animal. Why? Because outside England, they get the respect they deserve.”
🗣️“Chelsea belongs at the top of football again. And against all odds, before the end of next season, this club must win a major trophy again.”
