After a weekend in the hospital due to an emergency appendectomy, I’m a little surprised that (a) it’s harder and takes longer to heal in my 50s than it did in my 30s and 40s, and (b) it’s so much easier to ignore work emails and Teams messages.

Some days I feel at a loss with social media. Influencers have such unrealistic expectations to hit every box perfectly with who's watching and if we're not perfect to that individual and what they're specific preference is, our free content isn't worthy of a view or a follow.
