Today, we’re launching the new Link Sticker 🔗 globally. This allows anyone, regardless of follower count, to easily share links in a story. We’ve received a lot of feedback over the years on limiting links to accounts with >10k followers, and we heard you, 🙏🏼

@achingarmsLT @AchingArms I agree with you that there is no hierarchy of grief, but in my own personal experience of a loss at 20 weeks and Ted dying at 39 days old, there was difference in the intensity of my grief #babylosshour

@SandsUK Someone needs to look at how you word your posts ... “purchase our Christmas cards and help us save babies lives”. I’m not denying the wonderful work you do, but perhaps it should say “help us continue the work we do” as I don’t think me buying your cards will save a babies life.

Self care is super important for our general well being, and can help manage stress and anxiety levels. Try and do something that is just for you and let us know what you've chosen x

@Blisscharity I don’t think we considered looking after ourselves or our mental health while we were making end of life decision for Ted. I suppose we looked after each other and allowed everyone around us to support us #babylosshour
English

**QUESTION 2** How did you manage your mental health and look after yourself during end of life care decisions? #babylosshour
English

@TheLegacyOfLeo @Blisscharity @Derriford_Hosp The wonderful Jo, who is the Family Support Sister/Neonatal Outreach Lead still checks in on me 4 years later and is always available if I need to talk #BabyLossHour
English

@lynnejo @Blisscharity @Derriford_Hosp That’s great that you can still access support. In what ways is it still available? #babylosshour
English

**QUESTION 1** To kick off, we’d love to hear about your experiences of neonatal care - what support did you receive during your time on the unit? #babylosshour
English

@Blisscharity @TheLegacyOfLeo @Derriford_Hosp We were and the support is still available to us now #babylosshour
English

@TheLegacyOfLeo @lynnejo @Derriford_Hosp So sorry to hear Ted has passed away, it sounds like you were given some amazing support #babylosshour

We held a bereavement training session at @UHP_NHS led by our volunteer Donna who attended with thanks to her employer @ZurichInsUK who allow staff charity days. The session was well received & attended by healthcare professionals from gynaecology, maternity & neonatal #babyloss

@Doula_Lisa I was never asked for feed back about the care that I received #BabyLossHour
English

May I start by asking if you have had the opportunity feed back about the maternity care you received? And if so how did you do that? Were you listened to? #BabyLossHour

@zephyrsnotts It’s a very personal journey so I don’t think there is a right or wrong time. You may find it’s too soon for one person, but absolutely the right time for another. Personally it helped me heal so it was right for me to volunteer when I did ♥️ #BabyLossHour
English

*Question 3*
Do you think there's ever a right or wrong time to volunteer with a babyloss charity? Has anyone experienced really great, or really challenging times with this?
