2025 was a year of growth for Paradigm. Our team has been key to our success. Integrity, talent, creativity and passion 👏

At 34, I was a grown woman when Mum died. But, the need to hear her advice, speak to her when sad, happy or worried has never gone away. If you want to set a resolution for 2026, phone/visit your parents more. One day you won't be able to and it hurts.

Goodbye 2025. I learned not to wish for a better year. Not to say "can't be any worse" We never know what life will throw at us, be grateful for each day. It will be 10 years in May since I lost my incredibly brave Mum. 10 years she has missed out on. Be grateful 💜💜 1/2

@brigidrussell51 I agree Brigid, it's exhausting, and often, BS. We spent a week over Christmas in Kemore. The space, the quiet, the slow pace, the laughter, the tears and the loving connections were comforting, calming & invigorating Space is no longer a desirable for me, it's now essential.

The continuous, breathless, scroll of 'thought pieces', shiny 'new' ideas, shortcuts to supposed 'success'. It's exhausting & bewildering. Yet, in contrast to all the clamour of 'advice' proffered, it's space that feels of most value. Space to think, breathe, listen, connect...
