i got over “girl” game’s relatively quickly as a kid because most of the games given to me by my mom were always reinforcing gender roles like taking care of a baby or a puppy compared to the games my brothers got, when i noticed that these are how games were marketed, it killed-

finished reading: Dark Mermaid. if I had a nickel for every mermaid yuri I’ve read that had really good art and dealt with the oppression of women in society, I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but its strange its happened twice. anyways its good i only have minor nitpicks
