- Terma Group, the Danish defense tech firm, has acquired OSL Technology, which develops C-UAS technology for critical infrastructure, airports, and more.
- @sfcompute has raised a $40M Series A. The startup operates a marketplace for compute.
- Endolith, the Denver-based startup, has raised a $13.5M Series A. The company develops technology that enables the extraction of critical minerals from low-grade ores using microbes and artificial intelligence.
- @M3aerospace, the El Paso–based precision manufacturing firm, has been fully onboarded as an official supplier to SpaceX for mission-critical components.
- David Kelly has joined @Parallel, the rail tech startup, as Head of Government & Regulatory Affairs.
- Maximilian Eichler has joined Isembard as Chief of Staff; Isembard is a U.K.-based manufacturing technology firm.
- SpaceX successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket on Friday. The mission carried 140 different payloads.
- @SouthernLaunch, the Australian spaceport company, has announced the successful launch of AtSpace’s rocket, reportedly the highest commercial Australian rocket launch in history.
