Un back end mal gérer et une niche assez relou (fashion, accessoire pour animaux ..) et vous pouvez vous retrouver avec +10% de votre CA imputé par des retours. Pour limiter tout ça j’ai mis en place des funnnels de retours selon les cas précis des clients. Réponse en moins de 6h, plusieurs propositions avant renvoie total, et cadeaux d’excuse.
