Please I need a cal estimation😭 I ordered a salmon without sauce at a restaurant but they still gave me chimichurri sauce (aka pure oil) on top of the salmon. I tried to take some of but it was still drenched in oil. I estimated 600 cal what do you guys think? #edtwt #edrtwt

@m3dus407 laxatives only help with getting rid of water weight, and even then thats only temporary

@weisheidtd Yeah I do that too, so we’re actually just loosing the poop fat? Laxatives don’t help at loosing weight after eating a normal amount of food?

@m3dus407 i feel like eating low calories daily in comparison to a normal amount makes u constipated and hard to poop so i find myself often using them for that but abusing them will only remove water weight and fucks u up real hard in the long run so I wouldnt recommend it
