@m4tchaed i really like propel which is electrolyte water, it’s flavored too! as for the dizziness itself i just kinda freeze and move myself closer to something to hold onto or a wall to slide down. just to make sure i wont topple over / faint

How do you guys deal with dizziness when fasting?
