@m577_rob Scallops always have a fibrous texture... These don't. Their texture in the mouth was of a warm soft marshmallow. Insane how good they were.

I like scallops. You can get decent ones in places. The best I'd ever had where in Dubai. Until now. Scallops from the cold waters off of coastal Hokkaido Japan are supposed to be the best. Holy fuck. I'm ruined if they don't taste this good from now on.
