Anyone know what this tape is ? Old lady’s house it’s weeping through the tape and she’s absolutely skint just trying to find a temp repair for her for a short while. She also makes a banging cup of tea so would like to help her till we replace it in a few months

Yes it caused us a lot of anxiety for us both the threats of legal action and the abysmal business management on their side with correspondence delays and ignoring our emails etc beggars belief 🤠

For over a year now @CityPlumbingUK have been threatening to take me to court, but never actually do it, and take weeks at a time to reply to my emails. It’s affected my mental health and I can’t use my local branch, which used to be my favourite 😪 I will never use them again 👎🏽
