The driver was convicted in court today and received a four-year driving ban and a €600 fine.

Gardaí from Kevin Street were on patrol when they observed this car. Using the #MobilityApp it was found that the car had no NCT Certificate & the driver was an unaccompanied Learner driver. The car was seized & Fixed Charge Penalty Notice was issued. Proceedings to follow.
