Day 5 of #NINEgella: Oven-cooked Chicken shawarma served with shawarma sauce and Quick Pickles as recommended by @Nigella_Lawson in Simply Nigella. Again, this was an easy and flavourful dish to put together and one of my favourite dishes of the #NINEgella challenge.

Day 4 of #NINEgella: Woke up to the @Nigella_Lawson Forgotten Cookies. Such an easy and delicious meringue recipe - definitely to be remade during #Passover2020. Recipe: nigella.com/recipes/forgot…. Dinner was Aubergine Moussaka which converted my brother to an aubergine lover!
