$SOBR I am not so much of a fan on this here BUT they announced a merger with Clean World Ventures to pivot their business from alcohol test kits to serving AI DATA CENTRES. That might actually do it in this environment. 😂 $0.8s to $0.70 area will be your pivot zone for bounces. $1.05++ for daily expansion here. 💰

$AAOI This isn't something I would usually trade but photonics sector has been very strong. $LITE / $COHR / $AXTI have all been over-performing even with the $SPY weakness and chops. As we get closer and close to the AI age, every single segment is important; Data Center > Compute > Data Movement > Optical Networking / Photonics Interconnects > Switching & Routing > Storage / Memory Right now, the market is in the photonics cycle, where it was previously in data centers. A bonus is that $AAOI is vertically integrated: They make their own lasers! If I were to use the S.C.A.N framework; S (Specialized Labor): High (optics engineering) ✅ C (Competition): Moderate $LITE, $COHR ⚠️ A (Pricing Power): Improving (tight supply cycles) ⚠️ N (New Tech): Massive (AI + photonics) ✅ $AAOI is not the leader of this space BUT the demand for data movement is so high that it really doesn't matter. Comparing to its peers, this is more of a HIGH BETA setup due to; • Lower market cap • More volatile earnings • Less institutional ownership Plus there is a CLEAR optical networking bottleneck, taken from $LITE statements during their previous earnings; > Massive surge in optical demand vs supply > Market expected to grow $18B -> $90B by 2030 > Hyperscalers scrambling for capacity With all these into consideration, let's now take a look at the technical structure. Daily showed the stock re-testing the daily gap and we're now at the downtrend phase after accumulating in the gap. Base case here would give us room to $125 to $192.
