Verstehe ich das richtig? Das Klimaurteil des Bundesverfassungsgerichts beruhte wesentlich auf einer Extremprognose des IPCC, die jetzt gerade als unseriös abgeräumt wurde? Kann doch gar nicht sein, oder? Das wäre ja eine Delegitimierung des Staates durch den Staat selbst.
