Pick a pallet up every 3 sec = 500 BP Bondless BP Booning takes 14 sec = 1,500L Ideally, what you want to do is pallet drop spam (Picking and drooping the pallet over and over again) to maximize the boldness category stupidly quick. Having a sabo tool box also help it fill it up quickly.

I think I figured out! @StrazDBD @JazziRage Ideally, what you want to do is break a totem (1,500 BP survival point) If you're injure, jump in a locker to get 750 BP (Survival category) Kindred is there to give you info whenever you should go for the safe or not. Any means = 500 BP every 3 seconds by pallet spamming (drooping and picking the pallet over and over again). Self-Preservation is there to block aura and run around with a blood can without interruption, break totems or pallet spam. Furthermore, heavy focus on doing gens! let your team mate fill the blood gens as it gives you BP anyways. With this, you can get 200+ BP per game. You can switch Any Means with a boon, thsu giving you the option to either break it (1,500 survival BP) or boon it (1,500 boldness BP) If you're found first and tunnel at 5 gen on every game, switch out Kindred with Distortion just incase.
