@John_Kavanagh @RosiSexton I do like 20hr fast most days for the past few months. As it’s handy and I’m busy all the time. To really drive autophagy you probably need something like a 3-5day eat nothing thing.

@John_Kavanagh @RosiSexton The autophagy thing makes sense but you can’t measure it. As a means of calorie control it’s obviously a good idea. Some good stuff on insulin control and inflammation markers I think
