This is her front yard where she has all kinds of things growing in her gardens, or, they were growing we should say.
The neighbors say her yard is unsightly and looks like junk.
She says she has a beautiful garden when everything is growing. There is no HOA so any reports would have to go to the city.
Unless you live out in the country, don’t most people grow their gardens in the backyard?
What do you think? Leave her alone and let her have her gardens, it’s a free country? Or, if you were her neighbor, would you complain because she is making the neighborhood look trashy?

This man lives in an HOA community. He was fined $1,400 dollars for parking his $90K pickup truck in his driveway. There is an HOA rule in that community that does not allow you to park your truck in the driveway. You have to park it in the garage. You can park any car in the driveway but not a truck. So, he paid his $1,400 dollar fine in coins which he delivered to the HOA’s President, in buckets. I guess you should really look at the rules before you buy a house in an HOA community. Have you ever heard of an HOA having a rule of not being able to park your pickup truck in your own driveway? What would you do?

This woman pays over $2250 a month to rent this home in this nice neighborhood. It was a nice big yard in the back where she lets the kids play in.
During the holidays like Easter she does egg hunts for the kids and makes it festive and memorable for them. However anytime she uses the yard, this woman comes by, she calls the landlord, and she tells them that their yard isn’t for their use. That they have to be quiet for the other neighbors.
When you went a home with a yard, it’s not unreasonable to think that you can enjoy the space as well right? Is it possible this woman is overreacting, why aren’t the neighbors that she claims are upset about the noise the ones knocking on the door and saying anything?

A man decided to go swimming in the community pool at night with his friends. Soon after, a few of the HOA members came by and demanded that he left the pool because the pool closes at 8pm. The HOA threatened to seek action for his actions. The man knew the rules and chose to ignore them, the rules are in place for a reason for safety. Should the man be banned from the pool, he really didn’t seem like he was doing any harm to anyone by swimming laps, or should they really just let it go since the pool area was so dark anyways?
